All return shipments are sent without insurance and without signature confirmation. Should the consignor require insured shipping or signature confirmation, the consignor must provide a prepaid shipping label that includes the desired coverage and services. If the consignor requests the return of an item prior to the completion of the 90-day consignment period, a $100 early termination (listing) fee will apply. This fee must be paid prior to the release and return of the item. By agreeing to LVLENKA’s terms and conditions, the consignor acknowledges and accepts that their item is entrusted to LVLENKA. The consignor agrees not to hold LVLENKA liable or make claims for any damage alleged to have occurred while the item is in LVLENKA’s possession.

10. Color Disclaimer
LVLENKA makes every reasonable effort to accurately capture and display the true color of each item through photographs and descriptions. However, due to variations in lighting, photography, and individual device screen settings, actual colors may appear slightly different in person.By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that minor color variations may occur and should take this into consideration prior to completing their purchase.

11. Buyer Claims & Condition Disclaimer
All items sold by LVLENKA are pre-owned luxury goods unless otherwise explicitly stated. As such, items may show signs of wear consistent with prior use. LVLENKA makes every reasonable effort to accurately describe the condition of each item and provide detailed photographs for buyer review prior to purchase.By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have carefully reviewed the item description, images, and stated condition, and agrees to accept the item as described.

LVLENKA shall not be held liable for claims of damage, wear, or condition issues that were disclosed, visible in listing photos, or reasonably expected in pre-owned items. Furthermore, LVLENKA is not responsible for subjective interpretations of condition or minor imperfections that do not affect the overall functionality or authenticity of the item. Any claims of damage must be reported within [24 hours] of confirmed delivery and must include clear photographic evidence. LVLENKA reserves the right to review and determine the validity of any such claim at its sole discretion. Claims related to damage occurring after delivery, including improper handling, misuse, or normal wear following receipt, will not be accepted under any circumstances.

12. Odor Disclaimer & Return Policy
LVLENKA specializes in pre-owned luxury items. As such, items may carry odors from prior use, storage, or materials. While LVLENKA makes reasonable efforts to note any strong or noticeable odors when applicable, odor perception is inherently subjective and may vary from person to person. For this reason, returns, exchanges, or claims based solely on odor will not be accepted under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that sensitivity to odor is a personal consideration. Buyers who are particularly sensitive to odors are advised not to proceed with a purchase.

13. Authenticity Guarantee & Claim Policy
LVLENKA stands behind the authenticity of every item we offer and provides a lifetime authenticity guarantee. However, any claims asserting that an item purchased from LVLENKA is not authentic must be submitted within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Upon receipt, the buyer assumes responsibility for promptly inspecting the item and, if desired, obtaining verification from a qualified, independent authentication expert within this timeframe. Claims raised beyond the 7-day period will not be considered. To ensure complete confidence prior to purchase, we encourage clients to contact us in advance. Our team is pleased to provide detailed images, documentation, and any additional information necessary to support independent authentication before completing your purchase.

For a more tailored approach, we are pleased to offer our exclusive in-house payment program, LVLENKA Luxury Layaway. This bespoke service allows you to secure your desired piece with flexible payments over a period of up to 12 weeks. Please note that all in-house payment plans are facilitated through a trusted third-party application, Paythen, ensuring a secure and seamless experience. Payment plans available for an additional 3% service fee. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully authorized and processed. LVLENKA reserves the right to review and, if necessary, cancel any order due to payment verification concerns or suspected fraudulent activity. Due to the exclusive nature of our curated, pre-owned luxury collection, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a transaction has been completed.

15. Refund Policy
At LVLENKA, all sales are considered final due to the exclusive and pre-owned nature of our curated collection. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed. Refunds will only be considered in the rare event that an incorrect item has been shipped. In such cases, clients must notify us promptly upon receipt so that we may review and resolve the matter accordingly. For purchases made through our LVLENKA Luxury Layaway program, a partial refund may be issued in the event that the payment plan is not completed. Any refund provided will be at LVLENKA’s discretion and may be subject to applicable fees or deductions. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

16. Right to Decline Order
LVLENKA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed by a customer. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where LVLENKA has previously experienced issues, disputes, or concerns with the customer, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of policies, or violation of prior agreements. In such cases, LVLENKA may cancel the order without prior notice. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment in accordance with applicable laws.

17. Disputes Concerning Authenticity
At LVLENKA, we stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. In the unlikely event that you believe an item is not authentic, the buyer is required to obtain authentication within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a review, official documentation must be submitted to LVLENKA confirming the item is not authentic. Please note that we exclusively accept authentication reports issued by Dr. Runway and ProAuthenticators. Authentication results from any other third-party providers will not be considered. Upon verification of valid documentation from one of the approved services, LVLENKA will proceed in accordance with our authenticity guarantee.
