At LVLENKA, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. To ensure full transparency and customer confidence, we are happy to provide additional photos and videos of any item upon request prior to purchase. We strongly encourage you to review all details carefully and request any additional information you may need before committing to your order. Please note that we do not accept returns based on odor. As we specialize in pre-owned (pre-loved) items, variations in scent may occur and are considered subjective. If you are particularly sensitive to odors, we recommend refraining from purchasing. Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase, therefore please contact us with any questions you may have prior purchasing as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Shipping: LVLENKA offers COMPLIMENTARY US Standard shipping. Express shipping available for additional $100. Shipping includes insurance, signature confirmation upon delivery and secure packaging. We are not able to ship to any other address than the address you provide at checkout. Please double check your shipping address making sure it is correct before you proceed with transaction. We do not ship on the weekends or Holidays.

Taxes: LVLENKA, a company headquartered in the State of Texas, is obligated under applicable tax laws to collect and remit sales tax on transactions in the following jurisdictions: Texas, California, and New York.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one to three (1–3) business days. For your convenience, an estimated delivery date will be provided at the time of checkout. LVLENKA operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST). Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside of standard business hours will be processed on the next business day. For expedited shipping, orders submitted prior to 11:00 AM (CST) will be dispatched the same business day; orders submitted after 11:00 AM (CST) will be dispatched on the following business day.

All orders are subject to review, verification, and approval. Any discrepancies between billing and shipping information may result in processing delays. LVLENKA reserves the right to contact customers for additional verification; accordingly, accurate and current phone numbers must be provided for both billing and shipping purposes.
