I’m a repeat customer of LVLENKA. Everything I have ordered has been exactly like it was described and shipped in a timely manner. My only tiny complaint is that I’ve mainly purchased SLGs with the requirement to pay $15 for priority shipping only for each purchase to be shipped first class with no signature confirmation. It would be nice to have a standard shipping option as I know first class is shipping is significantly cheaper than priority and I know there is insurance with priority should there ever be a shipping issue. Outside of that I love all the SLGs I have purchased and I use them almost daily.

I love this store! Beautiful items at great prices. Have been purchasing since 2021 and never had any issues. Sold numerous times as well, always smooth transaction! They no longer reply via Instagram which I didn’t know and was getting frustrated when I was not getting any response, but then I saw their post on Instagram. So if you are trying to reach them I think the best way is via email or text message.
